Workshop & Production

We take immense pride in the high-quality standards of the factories that our esteemed team works with. These factories are fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and boast of 5 standard workshops that are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and tools. The tools that our factories work with include welding manipulators, large-scale cutting machines, CNC pipe bending machines, steel sheet shearer, steel sheet punching machine, large-scale auto cutting machine and large-scale high accuracy carving machines, to name a few.

What’s more, we ensure that our factories keep up with the latest trends and technologies – the galvanized pipe production line is a perfect example of our commitment to staying ahead of the game. The production line adopts the enclosed roll coating and spray coating crafts, ensuring that our products are of the highest standards and quality. We believe that our state-of-the-art machinery, coupled with our commitment to quality, sets us apart from our competition, and we are proud to be leaders in the industry.

Metal Parts of Pipes

We use Ø114*2.5mm galvanized steel pipes, which are argon arc and carbon dioxide protection welded. After the overall processing and molding, professional technicians will carry out degreasing, phosphating, and sand blasting treatment, and the surface will be cured at high temperature by electrostatic powder spraying line. We use outdoor eco-friendly Akzo Nobel  polyester powder, which has smooth surface, strong UV resistance, bright colors that are not easy to fall off.

Metal Parts of Platforms and Steps

Cold rolled steel plate with thickness of 2mm is used for punching and forming, and the punching diameter is 6mm (conforming to EU EN1176 standard). The welding adopts argon arc welding and CO2 gas protection welding (conforming to the requirements of GB/T8810-1995), and the platform has strong bearing capacity (conforming to the EU EN1176 standard). The surface is sprayed with eco-friendly American DuPont polyester powder, which has high temperature curing, smooth surface, strong UV resistance, bright colors that are not easy to fall off.

Plastic Parts

The components are manufactured using LLDPE through rotational molding, complying with the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996. The plastic parts feature a thickness exceeding 6 mm, ensuring durability and structural integrity. They offer vibrant coloration and achieve a UV resistance rating of Level 8. In addition, the materials are food-grade, eco-friendly, and comply with relevant European standards, while providing excellent antistatic performance, high safety, and superior strength.

Warehouse

Our warehouse is designed to store a wide range of high-quality raw materials for playground equipment, including galvanized steel pipes, durable plastic components, and carefully selected wooden parts. Each material is systematically organized and stored under proper conditions to maintain its strength, durability, and overall quality. This efficient storage and management system ensures smooth production processes, consistent product standards, and reliable supply for our customers.

EN1176 PROBE SET

A key safety principle outlined in EN 1176 is the prevention of unintentional entrapment hazards that may occur during the normal or foreseeable use of children’s playground equipment. To support compliance with this requirement, the EN 1176 probe set is developed as a precise and standardized inspection tool used to assess the dimensions of openings, gaps, and accessible spaces within equipment structures. These probes simulate critical body parts of children and are applied during design, manufacturing, and inspection stages to ensure that all openings fall within safe limits.

By utilizing the probe set, manufacturers, quality inspectors, and safety auditors are able to accurately identify potential risk areas and eliminate design features that could result in dangerous entrapment situations. This systematic evaluation process plays a vital role in enhancing overall product safety, reducing liability risks, and ensuring compliance with international safety standards, particularly those aligned with European regulations.

The safety priorities defined under EN 1176 are clearly structured to address the most critical forms of entrapment:

  1. Protection against head and neck entrapment, which represents the highest level of risk due to the potential for life-threatening injury. The design must ensure that openings are either too small to admit the head or large enough to allow safe passage without trapping.

  2. Protection against finger entrapment, focusing on preventing small gaps or moving parts from causing pinching, crushing, or injury to children’s fingers during play.

  3. Protection against other forms of entrapment, including those involving the whole body, limbs, or clothing, which could lead to restricted movement, falls, or additional hazards such as strangulation or entanglement.

Through the consistent application of these principles and the use of standardized probe testing, EN 1176 ensures that playground equipment provides a safe, reliable, and child-friendly environment while maintaining high standards of design integrity and user protection.

SAFETY STANDARD TEST

PROBE C TORSO

This torso is designed to replicate child’s body from the shouders and to test whether or not it will pass through a bounded opening. Basically this torso probe works in conjunction with head probe.

PROBE D LARGE HEAD

This probe is to measure any entrapment hazard where the child’s body will pass through an enclosed portion of the playground, but the head will not. If torso goes through, the head must go through.

FISH PROBE

This probe has three portions. Portion A, portion B and shoulder section. It’s designed to measure any head and neck entrapment hazard in partially boundand V-shaped openings.

FINGER ROD

Openings within the ‘Free Space’ and holes which have a lower edge more than 1.2m above ground, which allow passage of the 8mm finger rod, must also allow the passage of the 25mm finger rod.

TOGGLE ENTRAPMENT TOOL

Slides, poles shall be constructed so that openings located within free space do not trap the toggle. Roofs, spindles and rotating parts shall also be prevented from entanglement of clothing or hair.
